Bilingual Office Administrators – 2 Positions

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:

M1. Secondary school diploma

M2. Minimum of three years of relevant office administration experience

M3. ONE (1) YEAR MINIMUM WORKING WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

Asset Qualifications:

  • A certificate, diploma or degree in administration (business, office, public, etc.), financial management, business or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience may be required

TASK AND DELIVERABLES

  • Manage the Director’s daily agenda and prepare all relevant meeting documentation;
  • Maintain the Director’s files, including preparing all post meeting notes and sending out relevant taskings;
  • Manage the Directorate’s budget;
  • Liaise and network with internal/external clients, to schedule meetings and facilitate the collection and exchange of information;
  • Coordinate briefings for the Director ensuring all pertinent materials are available in advance of meetings;
  • Monitor and manage the Director’s inbox; and
  • Coordinate arrangements for international and national travel for the Director as well as manage expense claims.
